You have to realise that your heart has suffered a great deal of trauma and is still healing. It is akin to a house that has withstood a bombing, yet survived Some minor repair may have been done, but as the whole foundation was shaken, it will take some time before it's declared liveable.

You have to give your heart time to heal. There is no magical drug that'll promote healing like magic. Understand what your heart has gone through and support it by doing mild to moderate activities, so that it is not too stressed.

ou can also support your heart’s healing with a healthy diet - I usually recommend a Sattvic diet to my patients.
